Psychotherapy Service
I offer compassionate, confidential psychotherapy sessions designed to support your mental well-being. Sessions are available both online via Microsoft Teams and in person at my tranquil garden office in Kilmacolm, Inverclyde.Together, we will gradually talk through your current life stressors, symptoms and goals. We will work collaboratively, using many tools and techniques to work through your specific issues and you will learn many tools and techniques to manage strong emotions and develop new perspectives and ways of being. Therapy is not a quick fix. It involves you actively engaging with therapy during and between sessions.
The number of sessions you need depends on the complexity of your specific concerns. Often my clients initially come weekly then start to space out their sessions as their symptoms improve. This could be fortnightly or monthly. Some existing clients come for top up sessions when they have ended therapy too!
Once you start sessions with me I am flexible and will work with what you need rather than a set amount of sessions.
Session Options
Free Initial Consultation: A 20-minute phone or video call to discuss your needs and
determine if we're a good fit.
Standard Therapy Session: 60 minute sessions at £70 each.
Scheduling & Availability
Therapy sessions are available on Mondays through Thursdays, between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Clients may choose to attend sessions weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, based on individual needs.
Consistent scheduling is encouraged to foster a stable therapeutic relationship.
Location & Accessibility
Online Sessions: Conducted via Microsoft Teams, providing flexibility and convenience.
In-Person Sessions: Held in my private garden office in Kilmacolm, offering a peaceful and confidential environment.
